How long does it take for my palette(s) to arrive?

Orders usually take 48 hours to process on weekdays.  Orders on the weekends are processed the following Monday.  Mailing can take 4-5 days. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we now ship internationally!

What is your return & exchange policy?

At this time, we are not able to accept returns.  We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged (as long as we still have the item in stock.  Otherwise, we will exchange it with a similar priced item).

To be eligible for an exchange, send us an email at dmqcosmetics@gmail.com with a photo illustrating the damage.   Upon approval, please send your damaged item to: 551 West 181 St. #112 New York New York US 10033.  

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
